Homemade Ice Cream 2nd to none!
On January 10th, 2008 Hayward's Ice Cream fired up their batch freezers and started
making ice cream once again.
Since the late 70's Hayward's has had it's ice cream made off site by two
different manufacturers. The time has come to pull out our old recipes and some new ones and get back into manufacturing
our own product again. With flavors like
"Nutty Banana Chip", "Purple Panther", "Coffee Oreo" and "Toasted Walnut Fudge" you will
see and taste the difference. Super Premium ice cream like you've never tasted before.
We use two 44 quart
Emery Thompson
batch freezers.
Combined they pump out a whopping 120 gallons of ice cream per hour.
Our ice cream is handcrafted daily on site at our Milford, NH stand.
Here you can see Frank, our batchmaster with his assistant Tim, blend our super premium Snickers ice cream.
We use only the finest ingredients.
Our half gallons may cost a little more, but theres nothing like fresh homemade ice cream.
